Swapp Technologies completed a design from scratch for this customer. An introduction website that would be used in conjunction with a mobile app.
The customer noticed an opportunity in the market. The lack of a mobile payment option in their home country. Due to the lack of options (competition) he wanted to work with Swapp Technologies in order to create an application that could fulfill that need for the country he knows well. After discussing the customer needs/pain points. We determined how to ensure that the company will actually make money.
We discussed the business model in detail to ensure: that from day 1; the business would make a healthy sum of money instead of burning through money as time went on. As well as the opportunities to provide subscription based services to businesses and perhaps completely skip needing credit cards or other physical payment methods at all within that country if the service became popular enough.
